515 SLM Sangiovese 2021 IGT
BULI "515 SLM Sangiovese" 2021 is made from 100% Sangiovese, an ancient Tuscan grape variety. It is the most widely planted red grape in Italy and is the core of classic wines such as Brunello, Chianti and Vino Nobile. The wine is fermented in stainless steel botte after an initial cold soak. Unlike our other red wines, it does not get aged in oak, producing a lighter, aromatic wine with a medium body. It is an approachable, easy-to-drink wine with complex fruit and floral notes.

Estate 44 2020 IGT
BULI "Estate 44" 2020 is made from 85% Sangiovese (the major grape varietal of Tuscany) and 15% Merlot. After an initial cold soak to extract maximum color and flavor, the wine was fermented in stainless steel botte and aged for 12 months in a combination of Slavonian oak 1000 Lt botte and French oak barrels. An approachable wine that celebrates the flavors of Tuscany: fresh flavors of tart cherry, raspberry and cranberry, an expressive herbaceous essence of tomato leaf, dried rosemary and thyme, with firm tannins and fresh acidity.
This wine is designed for food, and would pair best with pasta, fresh tomato sauce with herbs, Italian sausage and good conversation.

Amidei 2019 IGT
BULI "Amidei" 2019, is a big wine, reminiscent of "Bordeaux style" wines. This Super Tuscan blend is Syrah 50%, Cabernet Sauvignon 30% and Merlot 20%. This is an intense Super Tuscan, possessing rich aromas of black cherry with notes of plum and wisps of licorice and spice. On the palate, the fruit flavors have a liquored concentration that are accompanied by notes of leather and earth, and subtle hints of vanilla on the finish. Aged for two years in French oak barrels.
With significant tannic grip and acidity, this wine can be enjoyed now with black pepper crusted steak with a port-cherry reduction or can be aged in the cellar for years to come.
